Answer:If the address belongs to remote area , there is extra fee USD30.00 , We need to charge extra USD30 with customer, Because our website set shipping cost is not including remote area fee USD30 , Hope you can understand .
4. Question : When will you ship out my order?
Answer:The order will be shipped out within 2-3days, If the goods cannot be delivered in time for some special reasons, we will send an email to inform the customer in advance.

When the parcel arrive your country , if need you to pay the customs fee , the couier will contact you , ask you to handle the Customs clearance , pay customs fee , then the courier will delivery parcel to you. Please remember to handle the Customs clearance in time , If long time do not handle , the parcel will be return to us, there is high return shipping cost and customs fee for us , we at a lose. at that time we will not refund you, hope you ca understand.
12. Question: What should I do if the goods received are damaged?
