Return & refund policy

We at E-BEST HONEST(HK) CO.,LIMITED believe that a customer should get what she has ordered for and in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you that you are eligible for a 7 days Return & refund policy. 

1.Return of ordered item:
(1)Customers can return the ordered item in the unlikely event that the product reached you in a  damaged, defective condition or different item delivered to you. 

Firstly , Please conatct us via E-mail ebest168@ebesthk.com and take the product picture to us confirm.
Secondly, In order to reduce the loss, we will compare the product cost, freight and tariff.
If we need you to return the goods, we will inform you and provide our return address via E-mail. Please help us pack well , keep the item in its original condition and return the goods by cheap post. We bear the return freight. After receiving the goods, we will Full Refund to your Account within 2-3 working days.
If we dont need you to return goods , we will Full Refund to your account within 2-3working days!

(2)Customers can return the ordered item if he ordered wrong product by mistake
Only an unused item can be returned within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please keep the item in its original conditionfor a successful return.
The buyer need to bear return freight and tariff.
A refund for the returned item shall be initiated only once the item reaches us at our ware house in its original condition without any additional damages , it will take 4-5 working days time for the return to be processed and the money is refunded to your Account. We will refund to you only Product Amount. 


2.Exchange Process:
You can apply for an exchange within 7 days after receiving the goods, and no exchange will be accepted for more than 7 days.
If you find that the product has quality problems after receiving the goods, please contact us via email ebest168@ebesthk.com. After we review and confirm the problem, we will accept the exchange of this product, and we will bear the return shipping cost. In other cases, the return shipping fee is borne by you, including the second shipping fee for the replacement. 

E-BEST HONEST(HK) CO.,LIMITED will make all attempts to provide you a hassle free return or refund experience , it shall have complete right to decide as to whether an order should be cancelled or not or a refund to be initiated or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by E-BEST HONEST(HK) CO.,LIMITED for all the products ordered from its website.
